The successful exhibition of his sculptures and drawings during the summer of 1942 was the first of Henri Laurens’ two shows at the gallery. In March 1952, shortly before the artist’s death, Jean-François Jaeger presented his collages and drawings, created between 1915 and 1920, in an exhibition visited by the Granvilles, Man Ray, Giacometti, Jean Masurel, Manessier, Vieira da Silva and Bissière.
